Från Atlanten till Ural

Europa delas främst in i västeuropeisk, centraleuropeisk och östeuropeisk tid. Nästan alla EU-länder byter till sommartid samma helg i mars och tillbaka i oktober, så skillnaden mot Sverige är stabil året om. Undantag är bland annat Island och Turkiet, som inte har sommartid, och Moskva som ligger på UTC+3 hela året.
