About Belo Horizonte
Belo Horizonte in Minas Gerais was one of Brazil's first planned cities, opened in 1897. Brazil has not used daylight saving since 2019, and the city follows Brasília Time (UTC−03:00). That is four hours behind Sweden in winter and five in summer.
There is no summer time in Belo Horizonte; when Sweden changes its clocks, the difference changes by one hour.
